A delightful stay
Liked: Cleanliness Fully equipped for guests. View from the terrace outstanding. Breakfast more than enough. Everything is done with taste. Was also able to use the fridge in the kitchen.
Disliked: Bathroom extremely small, enough for one person. Parking can be a challenge and the climb up to the hotel.
Liked: We had a fantastic stay at Dar MD. The room was beautiful and the terrace had incredible views over Chefchaouen, including the Spanish Mosque, the Kasbah and the Grand Mosque. The location was perfect, right next to the medina. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended!
Great location, amazing breakfast and beautiful views!
Liked: The riad is located right in the heart of the medina, making it a great base for exploring the area. The breakfast was excellent, and the view was absolutely fantastic! The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our experience!
Disliked: The room was a bit small, and the soundproofing could have been better. Apart from that, everything was great!
Liked: Easy access to transport, restaurants and shops. The breakfast spread is quite extensive by Moroccan and Riad/Dar standards. Rooftop dining makes it such an enjoyable experience. The staff are accommodating with requests.
Disliked: The rooms are very very tight. But I guess that’s how it is in Chefchaouen. So all good
Liked: The workers and owners at the hotel were really kind and thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing on the rooftop.
Disliked: While the bed was wonderfully large, the room was not large enough to accommodate a bed that size. The whole bathroom floor was covered in water anytime a shower was taken. The shower area could at least have a ledge.
