  Pleasant

  Liked: The apartment is clean and spacious with a big terrace overlooking the city. The host has been helpful and assisted us with a few things.

  Disliked: It could have been a great experience if it hadn’t been deadly cold inside. The temperature outside was about +10C, the same was inside. There is neither a heater, nor heating regime on the air conditioner. There are no duvet covers. We were given an extra sheet instead when we asked for it.

  Exceptional

  Liked: Clean, great host. Loved the restaurant they recommended. Incredible view. Parking in front of appartment.

  Disliked: A bit cold, the extra blankets helped! Had to ask for towels and toilet paper, I booked last minute, so probably thats why they forgot in the rush and those pillows needs to be changed, very hard and uncomfortable.

  First Class Stay

  Liked: Mahmoud and his family made us feel very at home, like part of the family. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartment and the terrace are stunning and well looked after. The location just on the edge of the city near Ras el Ma was perfect to walk or drive into the medina and we had ample parking. We will definitely be back for a summer stay, it will be lovely and cool at that time. True representation of the apartment in the photos.

  Disliked: It's a little cold in winter until the sun comes round but we were offered a heater if needed. The pillows on the bed are a bit uncomfortable, that's the only thing we can pick any fault with.

  Enjoyable stay

  Liked: As Mahmoud told me, I am the first guest to reserve this apartment through Booking.com. The apartment is fantastic, well-maintained, and boasts a delightful mountain view from the terrace. Despite its location outside the city center, reaching the tourist hub was effortless and swift. All thanks to Mahmoud and his father.

  Disliked: Everything is very good, but it would be great if there were air conditioning, especially in winter, and also a fiber optic connection.
