Guest reviews
Good
Loud, dirty and not comfortable
Disliked: Room and bathroom were not clean, room door did not lock from the outside. Towels were not provided until we asked and then we were given dirty, smelly towels. Hotel staff were loudly arguing outside our room, frequently shouting. Outside our window was a demolition site and a man was standing right outside our bathroom window, working on the site. The hotel description states dry cleaning (with no additional fee) forever when we asked about this we were directed to the local dry cleaners to pay the normal rates. Not the best location either, quite far and up a hill from everything. Would not recommend for a restful, clean stay.

Liked: The staff is friendly and helpful Near the old Medina like 5 minutes walk from the old Medina
Disliked: There's no fan in the room
Liked: The location was excellent and right next to the Medina. The staff was very kind, professional and helpful. I had a small issue with my room initially and the receptionist was very professional in handling the situation and offered a replacement room.
Disliked: The noise from the main street can get a bit loud sometimes.
Liked: Affordable, clean hotel room
Disliked: A lot of noise, not much ventilation
