Exceptional
Great base for exploring Chefchaouen
Liked: Set conveniently close to one of the medina's gates and within an easy walk of the main square, this is a lovely Riad with helpful staff. There's a great roof terrace and breakfast kept me going for the rest of the day. My room was comfy with a good bed that gave a great night's sleep. Would stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.

Liked: The shower was really good!
Disliked: The staff was not polite and didn’t seem they liked their job. We asked for some bottled water in the morning and later found out we received a bottle with tap water which made us ill.
Location is good
Liked: The receptionist was clueless at checking in also at check out no breakfast we paid but the guy was stupid. He served breakfast to two a couple before us when I ask him what about us he was clueless
Disliked: The staff are ignorant Also the bed had bed bugs 🐛 I didn’t stop itching I had to buy 🐜 antibiotics

Liked: We truly appreciated the warm, personal touch and outstanding hospitality—the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, offering a stunning panoramic view over Chefchaouen. Chams Hotel is also ideally located, just a short walk from Outa Hammam Square.
