Fabulous
Wonderful location, honest host and a very pleasant stay!
Liked: I am very grateful to the owner for his honesty and kindness. When I checked out, I accidentally left my wallet behind. The owner immediately sent me a message, and luckily I had enough time to return and collect it before my bus departed. I really appreciated this! The location is absolutely fantastic. My room was clean, and I didn’t encounter any insects during my stay, which was very important to me. I also appreciated that the owner never pressured me to book additional services or excursions. I felt comfortable and respected throughout my stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Good location and basic accommodation
Liked: The bed was comfortable and the location was great. It was situated in the old city near the main square and medina, right in the heart of the city.
Disliked: The noise was constant and when I asked if it was a problem they said no. However, I found it loud most nights. I could hear every conversation outside my door. There was little natural light and the room didn’t look like the pictures on the booking website. It wasn’t very clean either with strands of hair in the shower and an unmoped floor.
Liked: It’s has all the necessary things, a fan, WiFi, cleanliness and it’s located right in the centre of Chefchaouen. The staff is also very kind and I felt very secure with them.
Would 100% return to this hotel if I'm ever back in Chefchaouen
Liked: Excellent!!! The air conditioning was a godsend, the facilities were clean, the bed was comfy, the towels were nice. The staff were also so so sweet and accommodating - they let me leave my luggage behind the desk while I explored the next day, and then when I felt sick, I had to come back to the hotel to rest. Even though I had already checked out and paid, they let me sit in the reception and rest, which they really didn't have to do, and everyone was so nice and helpful.
Liked: Third time we’re in this hotel. The host is the most adorable and caring in the world in this warm family hotel. Plus excellent location
The owner was very helpful and I had some interesting conversations with him. Very informative
