Liked: The staff is good and very helpful but the road is blocked and u need to walk for good half mile to get to the property. Very steep old fashioned ladders not kid safe and friendly at all. limited food options and cooking is not their best suit.
Perfect location and super friendly staff
Liked: Fantastic location for the Medina and stream. Hotel is under renovation, not noted in advertisement. Pool is empty and renovation works going on around us. We were initially placed in a room that was not ready for guests and smaller than we booked. In the end, right room, amazing view and the staff were very helpful and friendly. When renovations are complete this will be amazing!
