  Cute boutique hotel in heart of Medina

  Liked: This is a small boutique hotel. The rooms were small, but comfortable. We had 2 rooms with balcony & terrace. There are a lot of stairs. The way Chefchaouen is, there are stairs everywhere. All the restaurants, through out town and in the hotels within the Medina walls have many stairs. The hotel is in a great location and is easy to find. Not far from the main Medina wall entrance, restaurants, and shopping. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. I recommend this hotel if you can do stairs. If not, then stay outside the Medina walls. We went to 8 cities and stayed in the Medina walls, and I realize that is more convenient with bags to stay outside the walls and just walk into the Medina. If this is your first time to Chefchaouen, then you may want to be in the middle of it all so La Petite Chefchaouen is your place. It’s also convenient if you don’t over pack like I did. Too much shopping so we hired a guy with a trolley to roll our bags to the hotel. It’s easy to find a trolley (wheel barrel) guy.

  Liked: Boutique hotel with personal attention. Very polite staff and very helpful. Looks like it is family run. You would not think that such a comfort exists behind those walls if you are outside but step inside and you will be wowed. Excellent breakfast, too much to eat.

  Favorite stay in all of Morocco

  Liked: Le petite Chefchaouen is a truly special Riad. The host, Othman, is very kind, responsive and extremely helpful. As his entire staff. The Riad is decorated beautifully and the roof deck has stunning views over the city. We had the room with the balcony which was wonderful. Highly recommend

  Comfortable accommodation in a great location run by a friendly family

  Liked: Lovely and kind family runs the home. Great location, good breakfast, modern and cheery decor. Good air conditioning. Nice rooftop view.

  Disliked: Shower wasn’t as nice as other facilities, but an excellent value for what you pay for.
