Exceptional
Older building that was not that comfortable but excellent location and staff
Liked: The location was good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: It was an older building and the bathroom had no counter space at all and our shower was only separated from the rest of the bathroom by a shower curtain. During our stay, the mirror in the bathroom feel off its hook on the wall. Thankfully it didn’t break.

Disliked: No flexibility by staff regarding situation that was not in my control and I was penalized with no empathy or resolution Water was leaking everywhere

Amazing experience inside the Riad and around the old city
Liked: Authentic and great location inside the old city. The staff were extremely helpful and we had a great breakfast with a view from the terrace.
