Exceptional
Amazing rooftop sunset view
Liked: Lovely place, accommodation spacious clean and comfortable. Rooftop is amazing and breakfast lovely. Nice to have a pool to cool down in.
Disliked: It is a 25 minute walk into town, which was easy to navigate but may not be suitable for everyone. I assume the hotel can organise a taxi if needed, the staff were very helpful.

Great Customer Service
Liked: We really enjoyed our stay Villa Rita. Osama organised our transfer to and from the villa and he went out of his way to ensure that all our requests were met including our desire to book in for a hammam which he organised for us while we were in Australia. Our apartment was spacious and very clean. We had our breakfast on the roof enjoying the view and meeting other tourists and chatting with them. Wifi access was also good.
We didn’t stay. The ing attitude of staff on site made me uncomfortable and nervous as a female tourist. They still have

Disliked: I didn’t - upon arrival the manager on site was unwelcoming, presented a problem with my booking which could be easily overcome (an extra person, which we were willing to pay extra for and there was plenty of room), but made me feel it was an issue and repeatedly suggested I could cancel at full refund. The location was not close to town and the manager made me feel very uncomfortable so we elected to find alternate accommodation. He then rejected the full refund he had offered several times, and accused our driver of telling us the accommodation was bad, which was untrue.
Lovely setting, pleasant room and staff. Parking convenient
Liked: Pleasant breakfast stunning terrace view.
Disliked: Did not care for automatic air diffuser in bathroom. Odd scent. Also, beware. Birds or rooster noise beginning about 2:am
Liked: Lots of space. Staff were welcoming. The roof terrace was lovely and provided great views.
Disliked: The downside was distance from the centre and the nice through the night of dogs and two cockerals competing with each other from 3am every morning! The pool are was a bit tired.
