Unacceptable: Broken elevator, dirty apartment, and host abandoned a family late at night
Liked: Nothing. The only good thing was leaving this place.
Disliked: Avoid this place at all costs! We booked two apartments for a family of 8, including small children. Upon arrival late at night, we discovered that the elevator was completely broken, forcing us to haul all heavy luggage up to the 5th floor in extreme heat. Upon entering, the 5th-floor apartment was a total disaster-filthy, uncleaned, and unfit for humans, with leftover pizza, drinks, eggshells on the counter, unmade beds, and no clean sheets or towels. When contacted via WhatsApp, the host explicitly admitted fault in writing, stating: "Unfortunately, this happened because previous guests arrived on the wrong day, which caused an unexpected issue with the apartment’s preparation." He offered a partial refund for only half of our booking. However, when I asked for a proper solution so our small children could sleep, he cut off all communication and completely vanished into the night. Because of his abandonment, our family suffered an absolute nightmare: we were forced to split up in the middle of the night. Half of our family had to wander the streets to find and pay out-of-pocket for an emergency last-minute hotel nearby just so the children could sleep. To make matters worse, after severing contact with us, the host audaciously refused any refund at all and completely ignored official inquiries from Booking.com's customer service team. The host's total lack of accountability and disrespect ruined our stay. Save yourself the stress and risk-book somewhere else!

We arrived late at night with a family of 8, including small children, only to find that one of the apartments was filthy, uncleaned, and entirely unfit for guests. When I contacted the host, he initially admitted fault in writing, apologized, and offered a partial refund. However, the moment I explained that we urgently needed a clean place for our young children to sleep that night, he completely stopped responding and abandoned us in the middle of the night. We were forced to wander the streets late at night and pay out-of-pocket for an emergency last-minute apartment nearby just so our children could sleep. To make matters worse, when Booking.com's senior support team officially reached out to him to resolve the issue, he completely ignored Booking.com as well and refused to honor even a basic refund. The host’s total lack of accountability, terrible maintenance, and complete disrespect for both his guests and Booking.com ruined our stay. Save yourself the stress, risk, and trouble - book somewhere else!

I would defently go again
Liked: Apartment is very clean, very good equiped. WIFI is excellent. Location is very good. 12 minutes walking from Railway station.
Disliked: After you make the reservation you become all instruction very quickly and very clear. But while staying if you need the host for any reason the respond is very slow may take an hour. Couch is not comfortable at all.
Liked: The apartment is clean and well located, and I would recommend it overall. We had pretty much everything we needed during our stay. We only stayed one night, but the kitchen appeared to be fully equipped with everything you would need if you wanted to cook there.
Disliked: The bed wasn’t comfortable at all, it kept making noise whenever you moved. It would have been nice to have extra towels, as well as a prayer mat. While the check-in information was clear and helpful, there was no mention that the building security guard would ask to take photos of our ID cards. I think this should be communicated in advance, as we felt hesitant to provide that information when it had not been mentioned anywhere beforehand.
