Exceptional
Liked: Booked for my father, he had a wonderful experience at Al Madden Hotel & Spa. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with lovely surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were warm, welcoming and attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the whole experience felt like a lovely escape from the bustle of Marrakech. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy some Moroccan hospitality. Highly recommended!
Pleasant but you can find nicer for less
Liked: The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was very good. The golf clubhouse was very pleasant for lunch.
Disliked: The pool wasn’t heated. The bathtub was cracked. Everything looked a little run down. There was no organised transfers between our ryiad and the club house.
A wonderful family-friendly stay with lovely staff, delicious food, and a beautiful location
Liked: We loved the location, the spacious house, and how family-friendly the property was, especially for families with young children. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. We had a wonderful stay!
Disliked: The swimming pool was a bit too cold, and the kitchen lacked some essential utensils and equipment, which made it impossible for me to prepare meals.
