Exceptional
Beautiful riad with excellent hospitality!
Liked: Mohamed welcomed us with mint tea and treats and made us feel so special! On our last day, we needed to leave at 2 am. Marwa assured us we needn't worry about anything, that they would take care of us. They had someone take our luggage from our room and walk us to our taxi, which they arranged for us. They took care of every little detail. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. We felt very well cared for! The riad is beautiful and in a great location within the medina. We were two women traveling together and felt very safe. Breakfast on the rooftop was fabulous. Would love to return someday!

Truly One of the best Riads in Marrakech
Liked: Loved the atmosphere, the facilities and the hospitality was top notch. Marwa, Abdul and Mohammad 1 and Mohammad 2 were exceptional! They were so very gracious, attentive and accommodating. They went above and beyond. Truly am amazing experience and staff including house keeping and kitchen staff.
Disliked: No complaints. Everything was perfect.
Unforgettable
Liked: Staying at this riad feels like stepping into a fairy tale from One Thousand and One Nights. Spotlessly clean, with beautiful rooms and a truly magical atmosphere. Marwa and Mohammed and also Abdou and Abdeljalil were exceptionally friendly, attentive and welcoming. The service was simply outstanding. An unforgettable stay!
Liked: Very helpful staff, yummy food and well appointed rooms. Was the best breakfast we had in three weeks in Morocco!
Disliked: The room was quite small, so it was a juggle to open the luggage.
À true gem of a Riad with exceptional hospitality
Liked: This was a truly exceptional Riad in a wonderful location in the Medina. We were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived with help to get our bags to the property and with transport from the airport. Thé Riad was beautiful with amazing attention to detail. Delicious food was provided as per personal requirements and it was great to be offered a meal as we arrived late on the first night. Mohammed and Marwa as well as Abdoul and thé young man who politely helped us on leaving thé Riad were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and we experienced a welcome that is rare these days.
