Exceptional
Overall very nice
Liked: It was well maintained, clean, comfortable and a friendly staff.
Disliked: The room was not described correctly on booking.com and I was told it was my fault and that I should have requested the particular room—I had reserved an executive suite but was given a normal room, so I wasn’t sure why I would have had to say “please give me the room I reserved.” I was ultimately given a bigger room. It still not one that met the description. But I had already paid more for it.
A good hotel for a short sightseeing stay
Liked: Clean, very friendly staff and good location for a short sightseeing stay
Disliked: There was a lot of road noise as we were at the front of the hotel. Swimming pool area was limited.
