A comfortable and enjoyable stay, with friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere

Liked: Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay. The hotel was well maintained, conveniently located and offered everything needed for an enjoyable visit. The staff were friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was welcoming. A positive experience overall and a hotel I would happily consider staying at again.

Disliked: Nothing particularly negative to mention. The overall experience was pleasant, and while there's always room for small improvements, nothing detracted from the quality of my stay.

Liked: We give House Keeping 10/10. Lovely large room - Very clean and spacious. Convenient to restaurants, shops and shopping centre. The Porter was friendly. Always smiling.

Disliked: We were not offered omelettes for breakfast, after seeing 3 other tables being served omelettes we then requested a vegetarian Omelette for breakfast. The waiter then served me an Omelette, I asked him what was the shredded meat on top? He replied Pork 🙄 “I requested vegetarian”. He then took it away and the waitress bought the correct order over - very miserable with no apology. Maybe she does not want to be there.
