Good
It was a lovely setting ruined by the staff, the poor food and the smell of sewage
Liked: The wifi across resort
Disliked: The staff are lacking in friendlyness, the food is average at best for the cost of the holiday and lacking in variety and authenticity...very often long q's at food stations, was like being in a canteen. The pool was freezing, def needs to be heated. The smell of basically sewage outside the Breeze bar near the pool was overwhelming. All of this was made signficantly worse when on our last day there was confusion over the lunch after we had checked out and were waiting for a taxi, where my son had lunch then my wife joined at which time I was asked to pay for all 3....surprising to me as I would not have had lunch as nobody asked me when we entered the venue, so I said I would pay for my son and the staff wanted me to pay for all 3, so when I said I would pay for one they explained to me that if I dont pay they will just make the waitress pay, that was just shocking so I paid...disgusing behaviour by your team! I will NEVER go back here
It was a lovely place

Amazing stay!
Liked: It was an amazing stay from check-in to check out. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Swimming pools are very clean. Breakfast was sumptuous. Would highly recommend this for anyone who wants to have a relaxing break from the city. Worth every penny.
Disliked: Nothing.
Liked: local team was always maintaining the premises very clean and neat, especially outside space. Bus Shuttle to city center was convenient!
Disliked: Some staff on the SPA did not speak english so communication was challenging at times.
Great resort let down by smallish rooms
Liked: Brilliant resort
Disliked: Rooms are small
Awful
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Everything we left as soon as we could. Staff were rude, food was awful, paint peeling off the walls, smelt of drains, very over priced for the condition of the rooms. I wouldn't go back even if I was paid worst hotel I have ever stayed in
