Exceptional
amazing will be back
Liked: staff were so friendly food was amazing the grounds were beautiful entertainment great and our suite was amazing
Disliked: nothing
Liked: Really well thought out design. Staff were very accommodating and couldn’t do enough for you. I highly highly recommend. The Halloween party was a highlight.
Liked: Beautiful place with a stunning view! The atmosphere was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the food was disappointing and did not live up to the star rating or the standards expected from a place like this. The breakfast was quite basic, with limited variety. The pool water was very cold, making it difficult to enjoy swimming. Another unpleasant issue was the large number of flies, both around the pool and in the dining area, which made eating outside uncomfortable.
Amazing staff hotel was super Great bed. Very comfortable
Liked: Every thing
Disliked: Nothing
Not a 5* but enjoyed our stay - would try newer properties in the area when I return!!!
Liked: The room size was great for 2 friends travelling together - the food in the buffet was lovely. The staff although friendly often missed some service through chatting to each other. The pool area was nice if not in need of a revamp - some sun loungers broken and tiles etc in the pool missing.....in saying that there were plenty of sun loungers which was great. Service and staff in the pool bar were fantastic and the animation team kept everyone entertained.
Disliked: It seemed that some groups would get special treatment - ie: table service etc... this does not happen for everyone and it was frustrating to watch when some people had to get up for their drinks and others got theirs delivered to the table. The rooms were a great size but if you are down stairs and the cleaners are above you moving furniture etc it is very loud downstairs..
Excellent relaxing stay!
Liked: Everything! Food was excellent. Staff were really friendly.
Disliked: Not much - gym was a bit basic but nothing major.
