Liked: The location is good, and there is a pool at the building.
Disliked: Upon arrival, place was beyond dirty, everything was broken, broken windows, dirty dishes, left over water bottles, dirty bathroom, dirty bedsheets. AC doesnt work, Wifi barely works.

Liked: The only plus was the position, quite central. Host was helpful too.
Disliked: There's a long list. I will keep it short though. It was the most dirty place I've ever seen in my life. It had 2 bathrooms, 1 was litterely leaking, the other one wasn't working and was full of poop. The shower wasn't working.The state of the apartment was unsanitary.
The price was not valued
Disliked: Despite repeated requests, the host failed to address issues with the A/C, non-functional WiFi, lack of hot water in both bathrooms, a severely broken bed in one bedroom, and the absence of breakfast as advertised. Furthermore, their attempt to deceive by claiming breakfast was delivered when it wasn't is unacceptable. Additionally, the presence of dirty sheets further compounded the disappointing experience. In my previous bookings, the accommodations were not as substandard as the experience encountered this time.

Disliked: Hello, What does it make you think you deserve a 10? I think the accommodation was very poor, even dangerous with the gas heather which was not connected to the exhaust pipe and electricity. It was very cold at some nights, air-conditioning was not working so no possibility for heating. When we arrived the place was not cleaned ( faces in the toilet from the last visitors... blankets dirty) no internet available. No breakfast given the first and last day. The first breakfast was ok but it kept to be less and less and we did not get breakfast on the last day. The beds where very uncomfortable which made me sleep on the floor. From the shower there was nearly no water. There was nearly no services provided as mentioned in the advert. Table and chairs on the terrace are broken. No toilet paper, no soap or cleaning tools available. Very poor kitchenware available. We travel a lot and we never paid this amount of money for such a poor place. You are a nice guy but that doesn't make the place better. Sorry but not 10 from me. Best regards,
