Liked: Great Location: Excellent position in the Medina—peaceful and quiet, yet very close to the main streets. Warm Hospitality & Cleanliness: The property was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Smooth Airport Pickup: The organized transfer worked smoothly. The car dropped us off near a main street, and a Riad staff member was waiting to meet us and guide us the rest of the way on foot. Quality Match: Once we settled in, everything matched the descriptions and photos—including the rooms.
Disliked: Unannounced Riad Switch: We were moved to Riad Dar D'Art 2 without any prior notice. Although I was skeptical at first, the room and quality ended up being as advertised once we arrived, but clearer advance communication would have been appreciated.

Liked: It was very central. It was clean.
Disliked: We never got a hot shower, the water was always cold. We did speak to someone about it but he checked & said the water was fine but we still didn’t get any hot water.
