Exceptional
Liked: Clean and quiet
Liked: Haytam is amazing! So willing to help, very polite, taking care of everything! Makes you feel like home! Changing sheets and towels every day, not even in 5 star hotels they do that. Great job!
Liked: Cleanliness, comfortable beds and Haytam was a wonderful host.
Disliked: The bathroom is small, but that isn’t really a problem.
Amazing stay!
Liked: The host was amazing. Super nice and neat! Our room was cleaned every day and we are super grateful for our stay! The location was also very comfortable!
Very bad and not enjoy
Disliked: Construction outside, noisy and dirty. The sink is blocked and no hot water after 1 shower. We required full refunded and the property agreed. After 2 weeks, we still didn’t get any refund because booking.com is unable to contact the property.
Liked: Very nice staff, thank you
