Exceptional
Liked: This resort is like a calm oasis in the desert. It has outstanding facilities and service. The personnel was exceptionally kind, helpful and professional.They arranged for our arrival on extremely short notice in the middle of the night (thank you, Hamza!) with everything prepared to perfection, professionally assisted with planning excursions and tirelessly and warmheartedly cared to our wishes even when unexpected situations arose. They even let us stay beyond the usual check-out time because of our late flight (special thanks to Karima!).

Incredible stay
Liked: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything felt perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Their excellent service really made the experience special. We had the Prestige Suite with Private Pool and was incredible. The atmosphere was comfortable, everything was well organised, and the whole stay felt smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in their work and genuinely cares about their guests. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a relaxing stay!
