Very good
An exceptional stay in Marrakech — perfect location, amazing staff, spotless rooms, and fantastic facilities!
Liked: Everything about our stay was fantastic! The hotel is perfectly located in the modern part of Marrakech, within easy reach of some of the city’s best restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment venues. The Medina and historic old town are just a short drive away. The on-site casino and spa were excellent and definitely added to our experience. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. What really stood out was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay!
Disliked: Nothing at all! Everything exceeded our expectations. Just keep in mind that you’ll need a taxi to reach the historic Medina, but this wasn’t an issue for us.
Liked: Réception staff are Nice and restaurant staff also are nice
Disliked: Room service people they do cleaning they wasn’t professional
Liked: That was the 1st time to stay in this Hotel, the hotel in General is in a very Strategic location, close from the main attractions in the city. Food was great, whether that was on Breakfast, or other A LA CART demands. Pool was great and surrounded with a lot of Greenery... room size is ok and acceptable. Housekeeping services were fantastic.
Disliked: Limited parking Lots. however, Hotel team is very supportive and helpful to solve this issue. the 2nd annoying item is the old furniture that you find in the rooms, this needs to be changed to provide perfect experience.
Liked: Restaurants
Disliked: Verouderd
Excellent day pass with pool access and SPA
Liked: Excellent day spent at the Hotel by the pool with the lunch promo and a super peaceful vibe but the special mention for the day goes to Fatima at the Spa. She did a magnificent massage to me being very lovely and professional. Thanks to her and all the team. I'll surely go back!
Liked: I asked for double bed and they had confirmed but I got twins bed
Disliked: Locutions was good
