Fabulous
It was OK but unfortunately not good
Liked: Whilst the hotel is 30 minutes walk from Marrakesh centre the immediate environment is lovely
Disliked: The service was very mixed for a higher end hotel.
Liked: Loved the Ksaar experience with the family! great location to visit around, amazing breakfast and top facilities.
Great stay at the hotel
Liked: Huge clean pool and beautiful gardens.
Disliked: Breakfast felt basic considering the size of the hotel.
An outstanding hotel in Marrakech, with beautiful gardens, excellent pools, a superb spa, and impeccable service
Liked: My third stay at Es Saadi Marrakech Resort Palace confirms the excellent impression from my previous visits. This is a high-quality hotel set in an elegant and peaceful environment, surrounded by beautifully maintained lush gardens. The outstanding outdoor swimming pools, including a heated pool, the excellent breakfast, and the superb spa facilities with an indoor pool are particular highlights. The service remains attentive and professional, contributing to a consistently memorable experience. A hotel that continues to meet expectations and that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking comfort, tranquillity, and quality in Marrakech.
Disliked: Nothing to point
Fantastic
Liked: We loved it especially the location and staff.
Disappointed
Liked: Good food and a great swimming pool.
Disliked: Before confirming my reservation, I contacted Es Saadi Palace to request a room with the view shown on their Booking.com profile. They did not indicate that such a room might not be available. Upon arrival, the view from my room was disappointing—the balcony was obstructed by trees, and there was no real view. Had I known this in advance, I would not have chosen this resort. The staff told me that nothing could be done because the room was already occupied by another guest. They could have informed me about this earlier, especially as I had contacted them four days before my arrival.
