Liked: Location
Disliked: The bathroom was in extremely poor condition, especially the shower cabin. The beds were far too hard, and there was an unpleasant, almost unbearable smell throughout the entire hotel. Considering the general standards in the country, I expected the accommodation to be somewhat below what I am used to, but honestly, I never expected it to be this bad. Local residents could visit Slovenia or Croatia and stay in a two-star hotel that would be significantly better than this three-star hotel. In short, the only really positive thing about this hotel was its location. Another major issue was the noise. Street noise and loud music from outside could be heard very clearly throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to sleep, especially if you are a light sleeper. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations at all, and I would not recommend it.

Liked: The breakfast was decent. Staff there very nice
Disliked: Room faced sun and was hot. Shower took forever to drain. Carpets dirty. Especially in hallways. No map or tourist info available.
Liked: The only thing I like was the fact I was given an opportunity to keep our bags after check out and when we complained about the room air-conditioning it was chnag4d the following morning.. Every other thing aside that is a no.
Disliked: The communication, the atmosphere, not very welcoming as well.
Liked: Hotel was close to the airport, which is why we chose it. Breakfast was fine, rooms were clean. There was a lot of street noise, and could hear noise from the room beside us. Staff at the desk were a bit surly. Probably not a lot of reason to stay here except it's close to the airport.
Disliked: Staff at the front desk were not friendly. Lots of road noise, and thin walls between the rooms.
Liked: Good location next to everything basically
Disliked: The shower was not too clean and it had a weird smell sometimes, other than that it was okay for a short stay
Liked: Worst hotel ever. No manners, no courtesy from the receptionist. We stayed here for 2 nights with no air conditioning with absolute boiling temperature. The receptionist first said we will fix it, then said we will change the room and then said we can not do anything and the weather is not hot enough for AC. They speak no English but for a good gesture you don’t necessarily need any language. Absolute disgrace.
