  Disliked: I couldn’t sleep there because there was a lot of noise around the hotel. On the second day, I was bitten by an insect 🦟. I didn’t notice it until after I had left Morocco, and the bite caused a wound. I think this may have been related to the lack of proper maintenance and spraying of the garden, as my room overlooked a neglected garden. I also wasn’t satisfied with the room itself. The bed and furniture looked quite old and seemed to need replacing or renovating. On the positive side, the staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming. However, overall, I feel that the hotel needs significant renovation and better maintenance.

  Good base but definitely not a 4 star rating

  Liked: helpful staff and very knowledgeable of area and places to visit.

  Disliked: We booked here for the pool advertised, but it was not in use, empty and quite obvious had not been used for a long long time, very disappointing. Aircon was old and very noisy.

  Liked: Séjour mémorable tant par la beauté des lieux que par l’accueil chaleureux et bienveillant de ses propriétaires. Rien à redire: chambres spacieuses et confortables. Le petit déjeuner inclut très copieux et délicieux. Khadija la cuisinière attentionné et disponible. Merci pour les extra non prévu au départ le badminton et la table de ping pong pour les enfants. N’hésitez pas dans votre choix c’est de loin l’endroit parfait où séjourner à Ourika.
