Liked: Just location
Disliked: Old, need to be renovated
Friends getaway
Liked: Excellent location and terrific staff.
Disliked: More attention needs to be given when serving meals. Do not serve cold chips under any circumstance which unfortunately happened.
Good
Disliked: The hotel has good location, making it easy to explore Marrakech and access nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast has good selection to start the day. The only area for improvement would be the room facilities, which could be better equipped to make the stay more comfortable. Overall, a good choice for visiting Marrakech for a 2-3 days.
Disappointing stay, terrible nights sleep, lovely pool area. Room and staff not up to standard
Liked: The breakfast was nice and plentiful, coffee is poor. The pool, and sun terrace are great as are the gym and games room.
Disliked: The reception staff are very miserable, they never offer a welcome or smile, its obvious that they dont want to be there. The bedroom was dirty, particularly the walls, covered in brown marks, thick dust and handprints. The pillows were totally warn out and lumpy, they need to go in the bin. There was a very noisy generator and lots of noisy air conditioning units outside our window, they were so loud, rattling all night we could not sleep. Our air conditioning unit kept leaking water onto the floor, leaving puddles. The tap on the sink was broken and the shower door leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The batteries in the tv remote were also dead. When all this was mentioned to reception they showed no care, shrugged their shoulders and said next time message and ask for a road side room at booking. We booked a different hotel for the remainder of our stay.
The best hotel to stay if you’re looking for cheap and comfortable!
Liked: We come every year because the staff is so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is decent too. The location is fantastic!
Disliked: Nothing we didn’t like
