Good
Will definitely recommend it
Liked: The location
Disliked: Everything,staff, Food,Room
Liked: Always a lovely service from Hotel Relax.
Disliked: There wasn't any hand towels or glass to put your teeth brush in the shower toilet room.
A nice, clean, comfortable hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina
Liked: The staff in the hotel restaurant were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel itself was very nice and comfortable and clean. For local shopping, there were plenty of shops surrounding the hotel and a huge Marjan shopping mall across the road that had a food court and sold everything.
Disliked: The room was a bit dingy coloured. A creamier colour on the walls would've brightened it up more. I was disappointed there wasn't a kettle in the room for guests to make their own tea/coffee. Also an iron would've been helpful.
Liked: Very quiet close to everything
Disliked: Bed very hard
Liked: The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
Disliked: The bathroom had no hot water on two occasions. Although the issue was fixed after I reported it, the towels were dirty.
Liked: Everything, the calm the staff, the service, the room seriously everything is good about this hotel
