Exceptional
Liked: The staff were always smilin an ready to help, whether fetching more tea or booking restaurants, guides, things to do. We felt very looked after! Location was great, very handy for everything you want to do in Marrakesh. Great!
Great for short city stay
Liked: Location excellent off main square in medina
Disliked: Nothing
A perfect place to stay with wonderful staff!
Liked: Beautiful Ryad! Guided tour on arrival so we knew where to go for breakfast, the pool etc. Central location which meant we could walk to absolutely everything we wanted to see. Clean room with large comfy bed and pillows and a powerful hot shower. All staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay!
Fabulous Hotel, beautiful staff, great food
Liked: Beautiful peaceful hotel, spotlessly clean with a lovely restaurant, right in the heart of the hustle & bustle of Marrakech, super location. Very helpful and respectful staff.
Disliked: Just one thing that disappointed me, probably nothing to do with the hotel though.... we booked a walking tour of the city through the hotel. The guide only took us to Souks for private consultations to be pressured to buy very expensive items (for which I'mcertain he would receive commissions). This was not a nice experience and led us to not trust natives.
6 nights in Marracech
Liked: Very nice Ryad in the souk area of Marrakech. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. A lot of good restaurants close by. On the rooftop is a swimming pool and area to relax in the sun.
Disliked: Nothing.
Liked: Great location, great hospitality
