Far below expectations! Very disappointing!

Disliked: There is no way this hotel deserves a 4-star rating. The fridge is not working, the air conditioning is not performing adequately, and the shower is barely functioning properly – even the garden tap has better water pressure! On top of that, the phone line is not connecting.

Liked: Rating: 3/10 – Disappointing Stay Despite the Friendly Staff Although the reception staff were welcoming and professional, my overall experience at this hotel was very disappointing. First, there was a water leak in the bathroom. I reported the issue, and a staff member came to fix it. Unfortunately, the same problem occurred again. Secondly, I requested an extra pillow because the existing one was too thin and uncomfortable. However, the reception informed me that no additional pillows were available, which I found quite surprising for a hotel. The biggest issue was the excessive noise from the street throughout the night. The windows provided very poor sound insulation, making it almost impossible to get a proper night's sleep. Installing double-glazed windows would significantly improve guests' comfort. Despite the friendly reception staff, these issues seriously affected the quality of my stay. A hotel should provide its guests with basic comfort, proper maintenance, and, most importantly, a peaceful night's sleep. Overall rating: 3/10. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel unless these problems are properly addressed.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in
Liked: This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. It shouldn’t be on Booking.com. The only thing I can say is the location was fine.
Disliked: Do not stay here. The bathrooms were old and the plumbing constantly made noises, the shower was clogged, there were no towels or soap when I checked in. When they finally brought towels there was blood on the towels. The property moved me to a different room, and there was no wifi in the room. What’s worse is that there was extremely heavy machinery drilling directly above the room making it impossible to sleep. I had to check out early due to all of the problems. The hotel refused to help with an early checkout and when I left, the staff member asked me to consider not leaving a review for “good karma”. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel.
