  Excellent value hotel in the Hivernage area of Marrakech

  Liked: Excellent value for money, comfortable nice rooms, very helpful staff willing to help.

  Disliked: Some maintenance issues like the door lock to the balcony was broken, smell from the downstairs bathroom in the bungalow

  Wouldn’t recommend

  Liked: Excellent pool and atmosphere around the hotel and good location, walkable distance to main square and Menara mall.

  Disliked: Full of cockroaches, terrible cleaning, horrible smell in the rooms, AC didn’t work very well. Not a great experience.

  Dissapointing

  Liked: The only thing I liked was the decent location.

  Disliked: The hotel itself is lacking in in so many ways. its an old building with outdated decor, small rooms, no walk in showers, no adequate housekeeping. no working wifi, no working plug sockets, no comfort provisions such as bedside lamps and tea or coffee replenishment. Key carda need constant activation, Shower pipe broke mid shower needed maintenance to repair! And various other issues. Extremely basic hotel as oppossed to how it's advertised. Will not be staying again.

  We had the best time as a family of 7 with older teenagers. The location is great as walking distance to many restaurant
