Liked: Mr Fouad the Guest Relation Manager was of excellent suppory and handled perfectly all our wishes
Disliked: Bit here bit there requires refreshment.
Excellent value for money
Liked: Comfortable room. Clean. Helpful staff. Food good And the red wine included was very acceptable
Disliked: Pillows quite uncomfortable. Room for some improvement for breakfast

Liked: Both pools were lovely, however, the pool by the bar needs a little bit of work and doesn't look good.
Disliked: Some areas could do with a little paint.
good value for a ok hotel
Liked: It is a old construction that needs some maintenance, the pool has to be repaired, many areas with damages broken floor and stained on the walls. is not like 5 start hotel could be 4 breakfasts is good but for the buffet for lunch and dinner needs more diversity
Disliked: old areas that needs maintenance I found a cucaracha in my room on day the housekeeping was regular.
Amazing staff which makes up for the rest
Liked: The staff is really kind and the animation team made our stay the best! A big thank you to Imad especially:)
Disliked: The food is better than it used to be but still not amazing. The cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be reviewed. The water from the shower wasn’t draining properly and the soap holders were rusty bc of the water… this was most unpleasant. But this did not stop us from having a great stay at the property:)
Don’t Stay!
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Was not clean, pools were dirty, noise, no food choises available, queues for everything … RUN! We had booked four nights, we left on the second day. They kindly reimbursed the two remaining nights. Or at least I have a TPV receipt from that day. It has been a month since that and we havent received the reimbusement on the Credit Card. Despite contacting them on the email, message in booking.com and phone they are not providing the information to trace the payment.
