Exceptional
Beautiful decor. Nice heated pool. Excellent staff. Wonderful food
Liked: The breakfast was excellent with dozens of selections as well as an omelette station. The decor of the Riad was beautiful as well as traditional Moroccan. There were dozens of mini alcoves for quiet retreat.
Disliked: They could have replaced the tea bags in my room on a daily basis.

A beautiful hotel with exceptional hospitality, spotless rooms, and an amazing spa — just a few improvements needed at b
Liked: A beautiful hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and exceptionally kind, welcoming staff! The rooms were stunning, spotless, and perfectly maintained. Special thanks to the amazing housekeeping team! The spa was fantastic, and the massages were among the best I have ever experienced. The pool and hotel grounds were beautiful, and lunches and dinners were consistently delicious, with excellent service. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for the lovely birthday surprises and for making my celebration so special!
Disliked: The main disappointment was breakfast. Although it was served until 11 AM, we arrived around 10:30 every morning and many items, including smoked salmon, nuts, and pastries, were already finished and not replenished. The oatmeal was often cold. Breakfast service was also inconsistent, with long waits and occasionally forgotten or incorrect orders.
Superb stay in the center of Marakesh! None finer!!
Liked: I loved this hotel! The pictures didn’t do it justice. The staff were 100% engaged and very well managed. Superb hotel!
Disliked: Everything was good! No complaints
Overall a very good stay
Liked: Front desk staff were incredible. Best I have encountered anywhere. Helpful to the nth degree
Disliked: Small room and minute bathroom
