Exceptional
Lovely hotel ideally located
Liked: Best Location just outside the Medina. Room was excellent and spacious with nice veranda, the pool area very cozy with beautiful garden by the pool. Traditional Moroccan style furniture all around. Excellent concierge service.
Liked: The service staff (waiters, cleaners) were lovely. The management we're terrible. Location was great, hammam was perfect.
Disliked: As others have stated it's an out dated hotel with poor management.
Liked: Great location. Close to the Medina. Can literally walk everywhere. The roof top pool/ hotel is also oasis after being in busy medina. The Indian restaurant is very good.
Disliked: Coming by car is quite difficult and chaotic. The hotel does not have a dedicated car park and gaining access by car is difficult. In the end the doorman sorted everything out which was fantastic.

Beautiful property in the heart of the Medina!
Liked: This property is a gem in the Medina. You need a luggage cart (see pictures) to get about a 3 min walk to the front door, but it is totally worth it!!! Three pools and three restaurants. The rooftop was my favorite!
Disliked: I wished I was aware that cars could not get to the front door- but after 3 days, I would stay here again, no problem!
