  Liked: Very disappointing experience – Would not recommend for families Unfortunately, our stay at Mogador Menzah was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. We travelled as a family with children, expecting a comfortable and welcoming environment, but the hotel was far from what we anticipated. The hotel is not child-friendly at all. There is practically nothing for children to do, no real entertainment or facilities to keep them occupied. Compared to other hotels we've stayed in, this place has absolutely nothing to offer families. The overall atmosphere was extremely disappointing. The hotel felt empty, gloomy and almost like a haunted house rather than a welcoming holiday resort. There were unpleasant smells, which made the experience even worse. The rooms were a reasonable size, but that was about the only positive. They were very basic, outdated and in need of refurbishment. Even the blankets looked old and tired, giving the rooms a very poor overall feel. Unfortunately, the staff were also a major disappointment. We did not find most of them particularly welcoming or friendly. However, I would like to give special recognition to Zahrah, Fatima and Abdul Rehman, who were the exceptions. They were lovely and deserve to be acknowledged for their kindness. A hotel should be somewhere you can relax and enjoy your holiday, especially when travelling with children. Sadly, this was not the case here. I would not recommend this hotel to families, particularly those looking for a child-friendly holiday with facilities, entertainment and a pleasant atmosphere. We certainly would not return.

  Dirty, a strong smell of cigarettes everywhere, and the worst "breakfast" I have ever seen

  Disliked: I expected much more for the price I paid. The hotel smells like cigarettes, and the breakfast was a complete joke! When I asked for an omelet, the staff member told me I had to pay extra for it, on top of the $70 per night I had already paid! The overall experience was very disappointing, and I definitely won't be staying here again.

  A pleasant stay in Marrakech, with a nice pool and good location, but some improvements are needed

  Liked: The hotel has a nice swimming pool and a pleasant atmosphere. The location is convenient for exploring Marrakech, and the property has a lovely traditional Moroccan style.

  Disliked: Some areas of the hotel could benefit from renovation and better maintenance to make the experience more comfortable for guests.

  Amazing experience!

  Liked: Great hotel, really good looking and with an authentic Moroccan style. The people are friendly and helpful for every need. The rooms are cleaned everyday. There's also a nice pool where you can relax. Inside the hotel there's also a grocery shop and a restaurant where it's possible to do a buffet breakfast for a cheap price, very nice experience
