Beautiful Riad with Outstanding Hospitality
Liked: A beautiful riad in a great location, perfect for exploring Marrakech. The rooms were beautifully decorated, well maintained, and very comfortable. Bushra and Sufyaan were wonderful hosts, and Anwar made every breakfast a pleasure with his friendly service. The whole team was welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend Palais Khum and would happily stay again.

We would also like to thank Anwar, who served us a delicious breakfast every morning. His professionalism, friendly manner, and exceptional hospitality made each day start perfectly. The breakfasts were fresh, plentiful, and absolutely delicious. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained, providing the perfect base for exploring the medina while also offering a relaxing retreat. We highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for an authentic and welcoming experience. Having now stayed here twice, we can say without hesitation that we'll be returning again in the future.

Felt very safe and welcoming
Liked: The property was very central only a minute from the outskirts of the markets and about 10-15 minute walk to the koutoubia where there’s more markets and restaurants. The staff immediately were very kind we were told all the ins and outs of Marrakesh, what to do and what to look out for this was really helpful as our first time here. The food was delish and stayed open late for our late flight. Room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels everyday. There’s a small sign at the door to the right which is hard to see at first but you can go through the restaurant to get in too.
