Exceptional
Liked: Location, staff and tranquility inside.
Beautiful old palatial home with great staff
Liked: Absolutely gorgeous interior courtyard, pool, and rooftop areas. Wonderful art collection all through the preserved rooms of the house. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.
Liked: What a Gem of a place! as we wanted to stay in a Riad I never could believe this place was right next to the markets but still so quiet. The staff were just great with helping with food selections and tours that we booked through them and always saying hello. I loved the garden area in the middle & the pool was great also. Will definitely let anyone I know to stay there.

Liked: Love this place! Staff are always a credit. We always feel welcome. Pool really nice. Rooftop stunning.
Exceptional Riad with exceptional service
Liked: Beautiful Riad exactly as pictures show. Staff were exceptional. Stayed in the Le Pacha room which was very spacious and the balcony overlooked the pool. As there are only a few rooms we were the only ones in the pool. Breakfast lovely served in the garden restaurant. Centrally located close to markets.

Magical and peaceful stay!
Liked: Gorgeous Riad beaming with character, art and culture. Great location. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful, making it a very personal and enjoyable experience. We travelled with 2 young children and staff were very patient and accommodating. The riad felt like a little piece of paradise away from the hustle and heat of the busy crowded souks. Breakfast and dinner in the garden was delightful. Would most definitely return in future visits to Marrakech!
Disliked: Internet was a bit intermittent in places. Would be nice to have bedroom slippers. But these are really minor issues.
