Great hotel but staff need to speed up service
Liked: Lovely hotel, clean, good food, warm pool, excellent gym. Nice surroundings.
Disliked: If I had to be picky the staff were very nice but very very slow, some times 15 to 20 mins to get a drink. When we were the only ones in the outside area.

Excellent hotel- will definitely check in again
Liked: Fantastic location in center of Gueliz however it is a 35 mins walk to Medina. Fab breakfast Rooms overlook the pool which was incredibly calming in such a bustling city. Also pet friendly making it the best.
Disliked: Not the best in room food menu (limited, over priced). Two sets of lifts to get to rooms most of which don’t work or take forever and a year to come.
Very enjoyable, comfortable, easy access with lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel
Liked: Excellent location, very friendly Staff, good breakfast.
Disliked: It could hardly accommodate a three people with the extra bed
