Exceptional
A lovely spot in the centre of the medina, but away from the noise
Liked: The team were so welcoming and did anything they could to be helpful
Highly recommended - great location, staff and breakfast
Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location and breakfast was excellent. In addition, the staff organised very good tours and airport connections.
Disliked: The riad wasn't quite as luxurious as we expected, However, the helpfulness of the staff, the excellent location, and quality of the breakfast more than made up for it. We would therefore recommend the riad.
Peaceful yet culturally exciting
Liked: Very friendly & considerate staff. Location, close to Souks, excellent. Riad itself was quiet despite being near busy commercial routes.
Disliked: Long walk from taxi drop-off (though helped by people with handcarts transporting our luggage.
Liked: Riad Alma Mouassine is the perfect place to stay in Marrakech. Perfectly situated in the medina and with the nicest staff. The perfect place to stay.
Disliked: Everything. The riad itself, the staff, the location, the breakfast and the vibe.

Liked: Location in the center of the Medina, easy to find, lovely people working there Great breakfast, great views over the city from the roof
