Exceptional
Very nice Riad with very helpful staff
Liked: Beautiful place and the staff is amazingly nice and available
Disliked: Noise from the outside our room was close to the street and the morning it was noisy
Lovely riad, spotless, the staff couldn’t do enough, comfortable!
Liked: The riad was lovely, spotlessly clean, smelt gorgeous, comfy big bed. Beautifully decorated with authentic Moroccan culture. Breakfast was lovely and we loved the Moroccan tea which is available whenever you want. The staff could not have been more helpful, they really go above and beyond, there was nothing they didn’t try to assist with. You can also book taxis (in advance upon arrival ideally) through the riad which is helpful and then pay when you settle your final bill. I don’t have any complaints what so ever about the actual riad, it was lovely and really reasonably priced.
Disliked: The riad is described as being “in the heart of the medina” and it absolutely is. Unfortunately I didn’t love the medina and didn’t anticipate what it would be like which is my own fault completely. Next time due to this if I came back I’d stay in the new town, the medina is so busy and chaotic. It does give you a true feel of authentic Moroccan life in the medina though.

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at Riad Alnadine! Simo and Nazi were incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful. They provided a detailed map of Marrakech, gave great recommendations and were always responsive whenever I needed assistance. The riad was beautiful, peaceful, clean and well maintained. It genuinely felt like a home away from home, and as a solo female traveller, I felt very comfortable and safe. The breakfast was lovely too!
Disliked: Nothing.I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had no complaints.

An amazing Riad, very beautiful and clean inside and was worth every penny!
Liked: Very well situated in the heart of the Medina, very close to everything - Souks, tourist attractions and many local shops and restaurants. Cleaning was very through daily thought the whole riad including the rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place was very nicely decorated. It was very quiet inside even if there were noises outside. What made our stay exceptional was Sami! An amazing individual! He took care of us daily and made our stay one to remember!
Liked: Riad Alnadine is a beautiful place to stay. Sami is so great - friendly, lovely to chat to, and helped us out with so many things.
