    Memorable

Liked: The staff were very good, especially Yunus, the waiter/porter at the Riad. Both the front desk Khaltoum and Younus were very accommodating and helpful, however, Yunus was the star of the show. He was genuinely helpful and always friendly.

Disliked: This is our first stay in a Riad. We’ve always stayed in hotels with more facilities. We understand that most big not all riads have a more traditional and authentic experience. Still a good experience, just different.

Liked: The location is absolutely perfect for those who wants to see the medina and all it has to offer. The Riad itself was beautiful and the staff great.

Overall good but Ask and demand the room in main building- thats what they show in photos - dont settle for their backup

Liked: Overall a great stay, room, staff, breakfast and location is excellent Value for money, safe and near to taxi and shops as well as walkable distance to major attractions.

Disliked: They have two buildings, the one you see mostly in photos is the main building with beautiful courtyard, pool garden etc. Another one which is located opposite to this building separated by road - is a really bad one - dirty room - unsafe and unpleasant. The receptionist initially without telling us anything gave the bad room for us ( we actually booked a superior room ) - we were surprised and disappointed. Later I came back and strictly demanded I need what I booked, he give me lot of excuses like we are sorry that room is already full, cant do anything- I was like, man I booked that room how come that is FULL today-!!! From the second day he give us the right room after a long debate. This was really a disappointing thing as a family. Second thing - most rooms door is barely secured from inside - just a small lock Third thing - shower unit is not so good ( may be they can fix it in a day ) Fourth thing - There was dust in the blanket But once we shifted to their original property, it was safe good service and decent Always make sure you get what you booked dont get SCAMMED!!!!

Loved it! Would definitely stay here again if I return to Marrakech

Liked: My room was very nice and comfortable. The location of the Riad was great, as well! In the center atrium is a nice plunge pool which was wonderful for cooling off on hot days. Despite being in the medina, the Riad offered a lot of peace and you couldn't actually hear much outside of the birds chirping once you were in Riad Amina. The staff was great. In particular, I want to note Kalthoum (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) at being incredibly hospitable and easy to talk to. She was wonderful at making recommendations for day trips and giving me general advice.

Disliked: The only thing to note is that my room was on the first floor, which was great but I found that for people eating dinner later at night or enjoying the atrium, the sound travelled into my room. Most nights, it was quiet or not excessively late. I suspect this is a general side effect to staying in Riads regardless of how nice the accommodations are.

Beautiful Riad, needs some maintenance and better check in/out system!

Liked: Absolutely stunning Riad and very beautiful main courtyard area

Disliked: Lights in bathroom flickered, soap dispenser was broken and even though I sat drinking tea in the courtyard for an hour whilst checking in (waiting for the room to be ready even though it was well past check in time) they didn’t ask for the city tax until I was checking out at 7am and in a rush to get to the station. Had no cash in euros on me and the guy at reception found the whole thing funny. I did not when travelling alone for this last few days in Marrakech. Been here for a month in over 12 types of accommodation and only place to ask for city tax on check out. Seemed really unorganised. Also wasn’t given any information during check in about dinner, breakfast times or the Hammam facilities, had to ask about that which is fine but would have made it easier overall to have that information from the start.
