Exceptional
Good value riad with helpful staff
Liked: The staff are friendly and very helpful with good English. Our rooms were clean, the beds were firm but comfortable, air conditioning worked fine, good shower with plenty of water. We enjoyed breakfast in the atrium.
Disliked: The location is tucked away so we had to walk with our luggage about ten minutes. It was a little intimidating arriving in the evening in the dark. We soon got used to the vibe but something to bear in mind. The pillows were too thick for us. A few maintenance items but all minor: some plug sockets didn’t work, the catch on our door was loose, the sinks drained very slowly and need clearing.
Liked: It was in a quiet location. The staff were super nice and helpful.
Disliked: There was no soap in the bathroom. The water in the shower was clogged and up to my ankles. The pillows were very high, so for me personally uncomfortable.

Liked: Looks like a traditional Riad, the room is clean, the staff is kind and friendly, the breakfast was basic but enough.
Disliked: The gate door key is not shared, so we had to wait to get in, which could be annoying after a day long walk. The AC looks week for that room.
Fantastic option, close to all the attractions but in a quiet location
Liked: This is a beautifully, well presented and well-run riad but what makes the difference is the warmth and professionalism of all the staff. Muhammed, Abdul, Sokayna and the other lady whose name I forget are all so welcoming with their smiles and their commitment to ensuring all guests have the best time when visiting Marrakesh.
Disliked: Nothing, we came back four times!
