A wonderful experience in a Riad that was in the best location, great food with exceptional staff
Liked: The breakfast was amazing with freshly-made food that kept us going for many hours. The choice of options was fantastic. The whole setting around the pool with the birds chirping was delightful.
Disliked: I could not fault the accommodation, staff or location. It was perfect in every sense.
An oasis in the middle of the chaos
Liked: Very friendly staff, doing everything possible to make your stay as perfect as possible. Excellent service. Breakfast by the pool. Pool to cool off. Excellent taste in the decoration. Peaceful retreat/oasis in the middle of the chaotic Medina. Walking distance to main Medina attractions.
Disliked: Going through the spice market's alleys at night to reach the Riad may be a bit overwhelming for some, but still safe enough. Everything else was perfect, nothing to add.
A memorable stay
Liked: Staff were very kind, warm & helpful. They did their best to make our stay memorable. A special thanks to Chef Amin who surprised us with a very special delicious dinner. Breakfast was great as well. Thanks also to Aboud & Ismail who were very kind & to the rest of the staff who made fell at home. The hotel itself was authentic very well decorated.

A relaxing stay in a location close to many of the interesting areas of Marrakech
Liked: The breakfast was good and the Azoulay was very clean and quiet considering the proximity to the spice market. Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and willing to give suggestions on the locality.
Disliked: Water pressure could be better, while the shower was good being on the top floor it lacked power.
if you want to be in the middle of Marrakesh, beeing safe and feeling home - thats your riad
Liked: Extraordenary freindly staff - they somehow solved any problem or inconvinience and kept reading your needs from the eyes. The food was amazing and the hammam also. Its in the middle of the souk - we were 2 girls but we felt super safe, and the riad also made us feel that way. 24hrs reachable, door opening right away - perfect - wouldnt stay anywhere else
Disliked: Some might have a problem beeing in the middle of the souk and saturday it was a bit louder - but for me no inconvinience at all
