Exceptional
highly recommend
Liked: beautiful spot with great staff. Close by to sooks for lots of shopping. All staff members were very helpful, accommodating and made us feel very welcomed. the breakfast on the roof top was excellent, with great views.
Disliked: beds were stiff, but other than that no compliants.
Liked: It is a magical place and good vibes and lively staff with an amazing location.
Disliked: Hygiene concerns I would also like to raise concerns about the cleanliness and overall condition of the towels, bathrobes, and bed linen. Their cleanliness, whiteness, condition, and quality were below what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. The robes in the spa also did not appear to be sufficiently clean.
Exceptional stay at Riad Bindoo & Spa — a true Marrakech experience
Liked: From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Riad Bindoo is beautiful, peaceful and full of authentic Moroccan charm. Our room was comfortable, spotless and beautifully decorated. The Spa was the highlight of our stay, the hammam and massage were absolutely amazing and the therapists were professional, welcoming and attentive. A special thank you to the star and manager for creating such a warm and luxurious atmosphere. You can really feel the passion and attention to detail behind the whole experience. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, the location was convenient, and the entire experience felt very personal and exclusive. Riad Bindoo & Spa is more than just a place to stay,it is an experience. We would definitely come back to Marrakech just to stay here again. Highly recommended!

My stay at Riad Bindoo was a dream, beautiful, peaceful, and the service was impeccable
Liked: Riad Bindoo was fabulous! The staff was attentive and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the riad was stunning. My room was large, quiet, and smelled so good! This riad is in a perfect location and our taxi was able to drop us right at the door. The spa was also wonderful. Highly recommend!
Liked: Everything was perfect
Disliked: Only dissapointing point was the facial massage we took. It was supposed to be 30min and only lasted for about 20min and the massage itself looked a bit rushed. The good thing was the products used, because after this we were shining
Very bad and discussing couldn’t stay for few hours left and booked in another hotel, didn’t ask for refund
Liked: I left from the first day couldn’t stay more than few hours although I booked for 2 nights. It is very bad very dirty, and the furniture and walls and everything is discusting
Disliked: Everything is bad, it’s cheap and dirty, I left after few hours searching for another hotel couldn’t handle the low quality and bad hygiene, I left and didn’t ask for my money refund
