Exceptional
Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Marrakech
Liked: Lovely little riad nestled in the alleys. Hidden behind an unassuming door, Casa Felicitá is a homely sanctuary 2 minutes and a million miles away from the craziness of the medina. Breakfasts on the roof top were the highlight of our trip. The staff could not have been friendlier, more welcoming or more helpful. We enjoyed the traditional hammam and massage. Days later I’m still marvelling at how soft it has left my skin!
Disliked: The room was tight for the three of us (me, husband and 13 year old), but that’s the nature of a Riad. Would have preferred warmer/brighter lighting in the room

Liked: i loved the super friendly and accomodating staff and amazing location. Even though my room had somwe issues at start the staff changed it when the first one was free.
Would 100% recommend - brilliant staff and great location/rooftop!
Liked: The staff were genuinely incredible - so eager to help and genuinely just beautiful. And it’s in a really good part of Marrakech! Breakfast was elite on the roof as well. Really feel good place, kinda felt like coming home every time.
Disliked: It’s a bit tricky to find! I’d suggest contacting them to get helpful directions. Also, always looking for drinking water included when we travel, adding a water bubbler or free water at breakfast would be great. Rooms are a little old school but fine - bathroom is lovely and spacious with big showers.

Liked: The riad is modern looking
Disliked: The riad is modern looking but it is very small in comparison to several others we visited. The rooms are tiny with very limited storage. It is difficult to get to property with luggage on tiny roads so they need to organize complimentary carriage of luggage through the souk imho. The breakfast is fad and they should do complimentary water daily given tap is undrinkable…
Good and bad service depends on the person
Liked: The receptionist Mr. Tawfik was warmly welcoming the guests and well attending to facilitate our stay. Big thumb up to him.
Disliked: Other staff at the reception weren’t friendly, their attitude and treatment to the guests shall be much improved.
Difficult to find it!
Liked: Classic Moroccan style
Disliked: Very difficult to find, no obvious sign board outside of hotel, we literally passed by it and couldn’t find it!!
