Exceptional
Very lovely, super nice staff
Liked: Very nice location, very friendly and helpful staff, daily cleaning. I asked for small extras for breakfast and got them. That was very kind.
Disliked: Expect to be woken up by the prayer calls coming from the mosque next door or by general livelihood in the Riad from 7.30am on.
Liked: close proximity to La Medina and many hammam spas nearby.

Liked: Friendly staff - Yazid was so helpful the whole time during my stay. Definitely recommend to book their airport transfer from the airport.

Liked: Most friendly staff! Yazid helped us with everything. He even arranged a surprise for my girlfriends birthday.
Disliked: The doors are of old wood, so you hear a lot in the evening. The Riad was quit, but you are still in the Medina.;)
Liked: Very polite and helpful staff. The rooftop breakfast area is lovely. Charming rooms with a strong Moroccan style. The massage I had was excellent.
Disliked: There is room for renovating the hotel rooms (minor wear and tear on bathroom fixtures) and enhancing the breakfast selection with products more aligned with European tastes.
