Exceptional
Liked: We had a lovely stay at this Riad! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness was great and the location was perfect for exploring the area and visiting nearby attractions. We really appreciated the hospitality and the comfortable atmosphere. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this place to others. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable! 😊
Beautiful Riad with exceptional staff
Liked: Beautiful Riad, perfect blend of original and modern. The staf could not do enough for you, very helpful and welcoming. The complimentary massaged was very welcomed and the loan of a phone for wifi and information was a godsend to navigate the Medina with!
Disliked: Nothing at all. The location is a little further out but easy walking access to all the main attractions
Liked: The staff were exceptional, they couldn't do enough. They want to make our staff the best it could be. The room designs were exquisite and the breakfasts were fabulous! Not to far from anything and they arranged transfers as well! Highly recommend
Disliked: Nil
Very nice Riad with outstanding support from the staff in a quieter part of Marrakech
Liked: The Riad is beautiful with a nice pool and even better staff. Soufiene in particular was absolutely outstanding. He helped us with everything. They also provide a cell phone which is super helpful. While not located near the Medina, it is in a pleasant, more authentic part of Marrakech and still near enough to key sights (and if not, the staff will help with transportation).
Disliked: Nothing. If you are looking for a place right next to the Medina, be aware you will have to walk (it was not a problem for me during my stay).
Liked: The staff were wonderful. When the food was too spicy for me they cooked a free meal the next day. They were kind and hospitable. I thought the Riad was very authentic
Lovely hotel and staff
Liked: Beautiful property. The staff was spectacular.
