Exceptional
Excellent and comfortable Riad, quiet but very close to the main square in the Medina
Liked: Excellent position very close to the main square but quiet, room spacious for Marrakech and nicely decorated, modern bathroom. Nice rooftop and common areas. Local Breakfast was every day different and nicely served
Disliked: The sound isolation of the room can be improved (you can hear the noise from the other rooms); no real bar/food service during the day, was a bit slow/complicated to get it
Wonderful stay and wonderful staff
Liked: Absolutely beautiful place, staff couldn’t do enough for you and were really friendly and helpful. Hind was a delight and always so kind and helpful with us. Location was great and it was quiet at night despite being so close to the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was wonderful, the rooftop was lovely and The outdoor pool was a nice bonus.
Disliked: If I were to change one thing, it would be to have a heated pot at the top! That is a very minor quibble and not a big deal at all though

Liked: the Riad was very comfortable and cosy the breakfast was good the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Yousra and Nissrin, who were very nice and always willing to help with whatever we needed.

Liked: We had the most relaxing and joyful experience staying at the Riad Diamond. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every aspect of our stay, from the beautiful room to the delicious food at the restaurant to the amazing spa treatment. Every step of the way the attention to detail was flawless. And the location was ideal to access the souks and the square.
Just go, excellent location and wonderful staff
Liked: We travelled with our disabled daughter who uses a wheelchair. The staff were so very kind especially when we were delayed by 13 hours. The riad is spotless and beautiful.
Disliked: Nothing really….would maybe say more fresh fruit at breakfast
A perfect stay in a great location
Liked: We had a wonderful time staying at this Riad. It’s a beautiful, clean and peaceful place, but what really made our stay special was the amazing team. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nisrine and Yousra at reception gave us such a warm welcome when we arrived and were always happy to help. We also had massages with Jasmine and Saadia, which were incredibly relaxing. They were both very kind and made the experience even more enjoyable. We also decided to have dinner at the Riad, and we’re so glad we did! Hanan prepared delicious traditional Moroccan food for the adults, as well as more international dishes for the kids. We had such a lovely evening eating and relaxing on the rooftop. We also had the chance to meet the owner, who took the time to ask us how everything was going and whether we needed anything else. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and felt very well looked after from beginning to end. We would definitely recommend this Riad and would happily come back again!
