  Painful

  Liked: Staff were amazing

  Disliked: I was given rock hard pillows that I couldn’t sleep on and caused serious neck pain. Rats ran across the room during the night as well as cockroaches scuttering around. I had to change room 4 times and in the end got moved to another branch Riad. Seriously uncomfortable and worth paying more and staying somewhere more comfortable

  Read before you booking

  Liked: Extremely poor service, unacceptable hygiene standards, and substandard accommodation. The bed linen was dirty and smelled bad, and the bathroom was dirty, moldy, and had broken fixtures, including the toilet paper holder and the toilet flush.

  Disliked: Rude, unprofessional service, poor hygiene, uncomfortable accommodation, and a substandard bed and mattress.

  Liked: A beautiful and peaceful riad, just a few steps away from the main square. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had incredibly comfortable beds. The staff were truly exceptional — so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, always ready to help with a smile and make us feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality made our stay even more special. We had an excellent stay!

  Tranquility in the chaos of the madina

  Liked: The staff were truly what made the stay exceptional. Location and cleanliness were perfect! We got very sick and the staff took care of us as though we were family. They brought us medicine and made us soup. Wow..

  Disliked: Our room was super dark even when we opened all the windows and turned on all the lights. Probably because we were on the ground floor.
