Exceptional
Lovely vintage riad with lots of space
Liked: The staff were excellent and the service was always first class. We had our breakfast and dinners all at the riad. The rooftop locations for our breakfasts and dinners was lovely. The hamman and massage in their spa was also great.
Disliked: The recommended cooking class at the local farm was overall a interesting experience, but the location and transport to there and back felt a bit unsafe as it was in the middle of nowhere in a isolated location. The class itself could have been presented and managed better too. The lighting in the bathroom in our room was too low so that could be improved too. Swimming pool didn't seem usable as it was more for show. Finally breakfast availability was a bit too late for us at 8:30am as we have 2 young kids who wake up from 5:30 to 6am. Likewise, dinner availability was too late from 7pm especially when you have young kids who are use to going to sleep around 7 to 8pm in the UK.
Beautiful and relaxing
Liked: Gorgeous with an excellent rooftop for morning coffee, breakfast and relaxing in the afternoon. We all loved it! The staff were amazing. Coming back for sure!
Liked: All the staff were so lovely and friendly! The decor was gorgeous and we loved that there were lots of little areas to sit at and relax
Disliked: The plumbing in our room (Etamine) was quite loud at times, especially if someone flushed a toilet/had a shower through the night. It didn't really bother us, but I would recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper 😊
Perfect
Liked: We loved staying at Riad Itrane. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. A beautiful and peaceful place to stay very close to the main square. Breakfast was great and there was always mint tea and coffee available during the day.
Disliked: The air con in the room did not work very well

Quiet location easy walk outstanding staff. Everything good
Liked: Location - only a little further from main square but easy access and quiet. An oasis after the bustle everywhere else. Multiple outdoor spaces. Staff exceptional and very helpful.
