Liked: The manager is very friendly and helpful! Rooftop with a beautiful view. The facility is clean and bed was comfortable
Disliked: You have to get your own lock to close the locker, not very practical. You could sell them at your property

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accomodating, especially Hamza! They provided great recommendations and made active effort for each guest to enjoy their trip. My private room was also very spacious and comfortable, as advertised!

Looks better online that in the reality
Liked: - The location is very good, the Jeema El Fna square is less than 10 minutes walk and everything is reachable by walking between 10 and 30 minutes. The street is located at the edge of the Medina, so you do not risk to get lost in the labyrinth of narrow streets, and the main street is close and good for taxi pick up. It is quiet during the night. - They offer an airport pick up service at reasonable price. - AC in the room.
Disliked: - The structure is poor in hygiene. Breakfast tables were spot with birds poo and we found cat poo on a seat. Also the room did not look properly cleaned, a lot of hairs on the carpets and on the floor. Broken soap holder. - Breakfast is not served on the rooftop, as per pictures here. - The staff is not transparent about the payments. They pretend and insist for cash payment, even if first they tell you you can pay by card. Not clear to me why they apply 10% extra commission when you want to pay by card (this is not specified when booking here on Booking). - There is not even a complimentary water in the room.
Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful,Riad is very beautiful and traditional,the location is perfect, fairly quiet for the location and close to the entrance to the Medina for taxi drop off and pick up.
Disliked: Lack of bins,toilets a bit smelly 😞
