  Delightful Riad right in the middle of the medina souks

  Liked: A delicious and tasty breakfast with local ingredients served with a smile. Excellent staff service,especially Brahim.

  Disliked: Unfortunately the roof area was not prepared to receive guests.

  Liked: I had the pleasure of staying at Riad El Jey, and I can honestly say it was nothing short of an unreal experience. From the very first moment, this place radiates warmth, authenticity, and a sense of calm that is hard to describe. The rooms are simply outstanding — extremely comfortable, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. Everything feels premium, yet incredibly cozy at the same time. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the Medina — allowing you to fully experience Marrakech while always having a peaceful sanctuary to return to. What impressed me the most is the level of cleanliness and care. Everything is spotless, meticulously maintained, and organized with such attention that you genuinely feel relaxed the moment you step inside. Every return to the riad felt like coming back to a place filled with warmth and tranquility. However, the highlight of the entire experience was the staff. I want to express a huge, heartfelt thank you — especially to the gentleman working the night shift. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with absolutely everything made a lasting impression. His attitude alone elevated the entire stay to another level. Because of all this, I can give nothing less than the highest possible recommendation. This riad, with its atmosphere, design, and exceptional staff, truly deserves the highest rating. Absolutely outstanding in every sense

  Fantastic stay in a beautiful Riad

  Liked: Conveniently located right in the heart of the Medina, a beautiful Riad which was extremely peaceful and tastefully decorated! Ibrahim was a great host/night manager who was extremely helpful and friendly, we would definitely stay again

  Liked: The riad was beautiful and a perfect location from the main square, about a 5 minute walk. It was easy to get to everything in the Medina. The riad was gorgeous and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The staff was amazing, particularly Abraham who welcomed us and get us great information avoid Marrakech. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return on my next trip to Marrakech.
